Attempt To Smear Pete Buttigieg LIVE on FOX News Dies Fiery Death

Share

Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg, whose reputation FOX News has attempted to smear over a routine trip to the Netherlands in 2022, silenced Special Report host Bret Baier  by clearly answering his question regarding the trip. It was not reimbursed.

Buttigieg then explained that he attended the Invictus Games as part of the official delegation representing the president. Buttigieg then proceeded to identify previous attendees among them First Ladies Melania Trump and Michelle Obama and Secretary of the Army Mark Esper.

Buttigieg also explained that it’s customary for the spouse to attend and questioned why he and his husband’s legitimacy was raised at all.

Buttigieg: If Secretary Esper and his wife are able to lead the delegation, then why is it any different with me and my husband?

Baier: Understood.

Buttigieg and his husband, Chasten attended the event at The Hague, which were also attended by Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle. The secretary was also in attendance for the opening ceremony and spoke at a welcome event for the U.S. team.

It was the second international trip on behalf of the Biden administration by Buttigieg. In November 2021, Buttigieg traveled to Glasgow, Scotland, for the COP26 U.N. climate summit.

Prince Harry founded the Invictus Games, first held in 2014, to support and help rehabilitate service members who are injured or wounded or are struggling with illness. Before his 2020 presidential bid, Buttigieg was deployed to Afghanistan as a Navy Reserve officer while he was mayor of South Bend, Indiana.
