Dominic Albano, the model who graced the cover of PlayGirl magazine’s comeback in 2022, just launched his own underwear line for 2023.

You may know Dominic Albano from the August 2022 comeback cover of Playgirl — the magazine made a comeback almost 50 years after its initial launch.
Now, the red-hot model is parlaying his enviable glutes into a brand of his own, the Dominic Albano Collection, coming this week. Dominic himself created the whole line with a focus on “texture — softness, stretchiness, breathability and of course aesthetic.”

Although Albano has built a career taking sexy photos and showing off his ripped six pack abs he shares that he’s actually very shy and timid.
In the era of social media marketing and e-commerce brands, the men’s underwear market is, without a doubt, a saturated one. There are many factors that contribute to a successful line of underwear, which include comfort, style and practicality.
Albano created the line himself with a focus on the things he looks for: texture; softness, stretchiness, breathability, and of course aesthetic. He says:
“I wanted something retro, timeless and fun. I wanted to express my own sexuality and creativity since I usually have nothing to do with art direction. I think the product will speak for itself. I chose the materials and cuts based off of what I think men want and appreciate. From an athletic standpoint, we want something that stretches with our body and doesn’t tear. We want something soft that makes us feel like we’re naked. And I wanted to incorporate everything practical into one piece. We have new styles and colors coming later this year.”
Albano teamed up with photographer Andrew Gleason and shot the retro campaign in Los Angeles
