RuPaul’s Drag Race won the award for Outstanding Game and Competition show at the Producer’s Guild Awards. The 2022 awards were presented at the Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles, Saturday night.
The PGA Awards, which was originally set to take place on Feb. 26, is one of a number of events that were moved from their original date earlier this year due to a surge in COVID-19 cases caused by the omicron variant.
The night’s first tribute was for Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy and Star Wars patriarch George Lucas, who received the Milestone Award from their longtime friend Steven Spielberg.
