In a Zoom interview last year he told The Los Angeles Blade that he didn’t always think that he would have the confidence to put himself out in the world as he does now. In fact, it wasn’t until the Vlogger graduated high school until he finally said, “Now, I don’t care anymore.”
Although he doesn’t consider himself an activist, he does use his voice to address issues both big and small. The other unique thing he does is involve his family.
From his mother to his younger brother, his family is often featured on his channel – exposing them not only his experiences as a gay man but also queer culture, in general.
“I thought it would be good because for anyone who doesn’t have an accepting family, or they’re scared to come out – they can see that maybe their family will be accepting,” he said.
To wit, Chris and his brother little brother Jeff dissect the crazy queer viral video of singer Mad Tsai’s “Stacy’s Brother.”

Tsai says of the song: “The song is finally out after I wrote it over a year and a half ago. I wanted to begin the new era for my new project with something big, and ‘Stacy’s Brother’ was the perfect song to kick it off with. This new era is about growing up and rewriting myself as the main character in a lot of the coming-of-age stories that I watched as a teenager, blurring the lines between what’s real and fake, and what’s fact and fiction.”
Throughout the song, Tsai’s lyrics evolve from crushing to loving to hooking up to being with “Stacy’s Brother.” While he struggles to explain the situation to Stacy, Tsai still goes for it and ends up dating his BFF’s hunky brother.
